Jodi and Danica welcoming home Candace from her cruise!
Here we are almost to July and I haven't even posted about Jodi's Kindergarten Celeration. Back before school got out they had a program for the Kindergarteners, it was really cute. They sang songs about what they learned in class, and then each of the children walked up to a platform there name was read and then we were told what they want to be when they grow up. I was really cute to hear all of the childrens ideas on what they wanted to be. I was really emotional, to think that this is our last child and she will be in the 1st grade. I just pray that our girls will listen to what we are teaching them and Choose the Right by making good decisions. Here is Jodi with her teacher Mrs. Shores!
Well, just to follow up on the previous post...(mainly for those who do not have the privledge of living close to us)...for the past 2 years Jared has been without his top, front, left, tooth. It has been a long process in getting this fixed (and a TON of money) he injured it when he was younger...way younger...and got a temporary fix...and then one time when we went to the dunes he busted it loose...it has been a long 2 years with my "toothless wonder" but now it is fixed. I am sooooo HAPPY! Since his tooth has been missing I did discover that my husband has a little more red neck in him, more so than I had originally thought. While we were up at girls camp (picks and stories for another post)(his tooth was back in) he went total Hillbilly, redneck speak on us. He was driving me crazy and cracking all the young girls up. I do LOVE my man!

As my children grow older I feel as if my life is busier now more than ever, and I know that it has only begun. I was on my cousin's blog and saw this challenge and have accepted it and wanted to share this with my friends also. Shelly saw this video by President Eyring and was touched, and so am I. I am striving to better my life by reading my scriptures, saying my prayers, attending the temple and trying to get our food storage together. I know that we have been asked to keep a journal, but that has always been hard for me, hence the reason why I started a blog, not just to let my family and friends know what is going on in our lives, but to help me start to journal. I am going to start tonight June 2 and strive to do this every night for the rest of the year, and pray that this becomes a habit. Thank you Shelly for the challenge!
